With the Fed Govt broke....State Govts broke....they will never sell this car.
Why?
The Feds went to leasing cop cars. They are that broke. Each fiscal year they save money...but over 5 years they lose money.
Let's say Federal Agency X needs 4,000 police cars. They will lease the cars from GSA...send them to someone to have equipment added and to have them painted like police vehicles with markings.
At the end of the lease they must pay someone yet again to remove the police gear and markings and repaint the cars to turn back over to GSA.
They would save a fortune buying cars instead of leasing......but they only are looking at single year Appropriated Funds and how to save for the short term.
This car will never be produced.0
