How Much Older-- Follow-up
So does anyone admit to having a spouse younger than your kids; Secondly, who has more guns that are older than they (You) are, than guns that are younger?

When I was 38 and 39, I dated a few girls that were in the 19-22 year old range, but couldn't quite see one of them as a partner. At that time, my older son was 9 years old. Couldn't quite see him with a stepmother only 10 years older.
Dawnie is 17 years younger on the calendar, but in many ways, she is older than I. She came into my life after Mark was grown, and Travis was a senior in high school.
My Colt Commander was made in 1952, the same year I was born.
I also have a Garand, and a 1891 Mosin Nagant that are older than I am.
Oh, yes, and an ancient Belgian double percussion wallhanger.0 -
I've got a 7.7 Jap that's older than I am by a long shot.
My M-28 is roughly my age. Perhaps even a bit older.
Ditto my model 67 Winchester, but without any serial numbers, it's hard to tell how old that one is.0 -

My wife is 5 years older than my oldest son.

There are not many guns older than I, but I have a couple. A couple younger as well. Hell I was there when old Chung Ho Lee invented gunpowder. 0 -

My oldest gun (Swedish mauser) was made in 1911. That's older than my grandmother. I also have an M44 presumably made in WWII, much older than me. I don't know when my K31 was made, but I think it's safe to assume it was made in the first half of the century, making it a contemporary to my M44. I have a single shot 20 gauge that belonged to my grandmother's sister and looks like it was made by Moses. Everything else is fairly modern production. 0 -

I have always been drawn to older women (35-40) while I was 25-27

I have two battlefield guns from WWII, both older than myself. A Walther PP .32 from the European theatre and a Arisaka that my uncle picked up (literally, from an fallen enemy soldier) in the Pacific.
Got the Jap's NCO sword, too.0 -
I am 35. David is 51. His kids are 26, 18, and 17. Then we have Kristen who will be 12 soon. I dated a couple guys who had kids my age and one who had kids older than me. Didnt bother me or them any. We got along fine, just was not in the cards at the time.

...My better half is 15 years younger than I am, older than my daughter...but my daughter is only 26. Guns? IF I had guns I would have "several" rifles and "several" handguns older than me...[;)]
...A few would be C&R. A Webley "tanker" WWII. Factory bobbed hammer as most were issued to armor/motorized companys and the bobbed hammer prevented an accidental disscharge climbing in close and out of close quarter tanks etc....if, I owned guns.
