Packing.Org Down For Last Count.... 8/24/2007
It appears that Mark Soloman's Packing.Org web site has now gone down for the "Last Count".....It has now been a month and word has it that he has finally abandoned the site. His "server" company also would like their payment for their services. Mark decided on a career change to a Law Student, within the the past year and has let the site go down miserably. First he started with eliminating the site moderators and when the State Administrators starting quiting,he did not replace them. Now as the laws and regulations and reciprocity of states change monthly, the posted state information, on his web site quickly became outdated. Plus the actual "Forum" became nasty and out-of-control... When the site closed down, the state information on most states was very much wrong and not current. THIS IS BAD..... The people looking at his site became confused with the wrong information posted, that Mark had provided. Why would any site owner allow this to happen ????
It's probably a good thing that a once "Great" site and now a "Very Bad" site has desolved as the wrong information provided caused a lot of confusion with the viewers. There are soooo many good Gun Law Sites that provide correct and accurate daily information of the Gun Law's subject.
We must all remember Mark when he receives his degree and decides to return to the business world again. He is a "Business Man" to remember on his past endeavors and business handlings..... 8/24/2007

Why should we remember him? He had offers to sell packing.org and just let it run into the ground instead. He had a great site, but just let it die an ignoble death. 0 -
Mark Solomon's Packing.Org....
My Exact point.... Would you want to remember this "Business Man" if you run into him in the near future, as a Law Student Lawyer?, or associated with any Law Firm ?......
He is a business man not to be trusted because of his past operations dealings. Remember him for what he did to his Packing.Org Web Site.... Like you say, most owner's would sell the site when they realize they could not properly run and administrate their site. Mark did not do this, but let it run into the ground and therefore provided wrong information on the gun laws subject.
Most people have morals but .......0 -
