My suspension is up.

    just be glade it wasnt my auction you bid on or i would have you in court. ya it is a bull auction but what gives you the right to interfere with it. just because you dont think something is right doesn't give you the right to try to end it. you should be responsible for paying for that auction and if it was my auction you would have.

    mateomasfeo: Did you see this? Would it have been an actionable cause? Somehow I don't think so. Seller files a non-paying bidder report, gets credit for his fees, suffers no loss. No harm, no foul, no grounds to sue, right?

    F: No payment in 18 days! No response to recent e-mails! He replyed to original e-mail and said he was sending payment. Now he lies in giving me feedback saying I never contacted him! Lier!!!

    I just feel bad for the bidder that made that life altering and gut wrenching decision when he made his best possible offer at $399,999.00 and then had his life long dream of buying a Luger that was declared as haunted by a complete stranger on the Internet dashed by someone that did not think of the innocent lives they would destroy by not taking the auction seriously.

    my stepfather died right after that auction ended and i was out of town for two weeks helping my mom get everything straighten out. when i got back to town i had read the email telling me that i had recieved bad feedback for not paying. i tried to make it right with the seller but he had already left the feedback and wanted nothing to do with me or my money. so yes i did try to make it right and i did not bid with no intention of paying.
