Christmas went to the dogs!

My son's Sheltie and daughters Boxer/Red Bone mix both got bones for Christmas. They were happy campers!

After opening the gifts, wife and daughter went into the kitchen to cook breakfast. Sally decided she wanted to help.

We hope you and yours had as great a morning as we did! Tomorrow FIL has surgery to install his port for chemo, so that puts a little damper on things this year. But my daughter told me she wanted to go deer hunting, so Thursday, it's down to TN and an appointment with a deer blind.

    we have no kids, but we do have a german shepard that really enjoys opening presents. maybe one day i'll learn how to post pictures

    Merry Christmas to you and your fine family, Brian. Best of success on the hunt, too. I was supposed to leave this afternoon for Mississippi to hunt with a fellow from my church, but he's kinda puny and some other factors nixed that trip. BTW, my mother-in-law is due for cancer surgery right after Christmas, too. She's a breast cancer survivor of many years but now it's in her uterus. Please remember her in your prayers.

    Martin...I will be down in your neck of the woods this coming June for a family reunion. We will have to get together if at all possible. Next fall, if you can get away, you have an invitation to come to TN for a deer hunt. Will keep your MIL in our prayers.
