  It doesn't look like a real good buy, only 330 feet wide.You know right along side is another strip and another,allthe way down the river.No hunting,to close to a neighbor,as time goes on .

  I didn't like the width of the property either. Way too long and narrow.

  ...Pecos is where it starts to get "nice"..if you like desert/high desert country...I do.
  
  ...Plenty of cactus, rattlers, rock, sand...and FEW people. Only a few hrs. from the Big Bend area, one of the nicest places on earth...if you like the afore mentioned critters and landscape...[;)]
