Maybe not - I think intent has quite a bit to do with that rule.

Wasn't Kyle. It was Kenseth. FCC won't do anything to TNT. Wasn't their employees saying it. Zipper is right on. Intent has everything to do with it.

NASCAR will fine him like they did Jr. at Taledega a few years back. Dock him 25 points.

Nah...Nascar won't fine him. It was on his private radio channel with his team. Unlike Jr., he didn't know he was being broadcast. That is the problem with those things. Drivers don't know if they are being listened in on or not.

It was too Kyle they were in his car when it was said. Kennseth ran right into him!

Nope...Listen again. I know they were in Petty's car, but the audio was Kenseth.

I thought it sounded more like Petty than Kensseth.

Another reason I think it was petty is that they had an open mike on Petty due to his doing commentation from the car. Most drivers need to push the button on the steering wheel to open the mike for comunications.

Either way due to the events with Janet Jackson at the superbowl all events like that are suppost to be on a 6 second delay so things came be bleeped or covered up.

So obviously someone was assleep or something to not catch it.

Personally it don't bother me when it comes to language. Lord knows that I have a colorfull vocabulary myself. And because of this there is not a word that my kids have not heard so there is no needs to protect them from it.

But I'm sure that I am an exception to this when it comes to my kids, and that most parents do not want thier kids hearing it.
