Gas station protest....he fought a theif.....sad
Leave it to Birmingham to show the lack of education and morals all at one time. I think this horrible city is on the edge of complete destruction. The schools and area I live in are like night and day compared to the city. I just think sometimes I want to give up and never drive in the direction of that horrible place. This little story makes me one step closer to giving in and never looking back.
An Asian gas station owner has lost his business license and has protestors planted outside his store because he fought back when a SHOPLIFTER was caught in his store. From what I understand about this....she is a regular problem and has a history of stealing. He did go too far and she did get assaulted by the store owner (not bad.)
The idiot MAYOR even joined the protestors!!! This poor guy hasn't a snowball's chance in hell of getting through this from what I see. On tonite's news.....he has posted his own sign..."Don't support a Theif." The protestor interviewed actually said "He can't hang that sign...where I from...that sign can't be hangged."
(I have NO EARTHLY idea what the heck that guy thinks....but I know where I will be buying gas as soon as I need it.)

Stupid, stupid people. If they shut down their own neighborhood market and gas station because the guy didn't let them freely shoplift, then where are they going to go for groceries and gas? Does the city council think that someone else will step up and buy the business? Maybe they hope a black man will buy it. drove through Burningham a couple of times. Nasty nasty town. Bad to get lost in too, haven't seen one solitary street sign in several blocks. Used the sun to get back to teh highway [V] 0 -

lucky thief, couple weeks ago similar incident happend here in Houston, but the Clerk shot the Beer thief dead with his HK USP. (a gas-station clerk with a USP???) 0 -
Living in the area that I do...I can drive an hour to Cullman, an hour an 15 minutes to Huntsville, or 30 minutes to Birmingham. Huntsville is like a dream. No garbage on the streets....the people all walking about with smiles going about their day...you don't get the feeling that you should look around and keep up with your surroundings. Cullman has a very laid back country type feel to it as well...but very little businesses and what is there is very old.
I just think I am on the verge of doing what I have to do to get away from these people. I am sick and tired of feeling like I support their ways by putting up with all of the mess and going along like I don't have a choice. But what I don't understand....how far do I have to go to get away from these leaches on society...why do they get to force the decent people out...what happened to good people having things their way and the scum having to move on?0 -

Horrible to see the numbers. I don't know WHY they are so bad as a group....I have been around these people enough so I can tell the major differences between our ways and theirs. BUT WHY....don't the good people (and there are good black people) get fed up and put the bad guys in their place? Why would anyone defend a shoplifter to the point of shutting a business down. I just don't understand why these people want to destroy all they get their hands on. What do they think being this way will lead to....are they like the "Borg" and never plan on stopping? 0 -
To understand the problem, one needs to cut throught the thick fog of propaganda by those out to take away everything you every worked for.
The problem is simple. The only way to make a decent human being out of a barbarian is through education...and certain barbarians have totally rejected said education.
