Some knuckelhead of a politician, Neb State Senator Ernie Chambers, is suing God.

How do you go about serving him (or her) with court papers ??

Maybe George Burns will show up to defend himself.

    Senator Ernie Chambers is just trying to make a point.
    Anyone can sue anyone for anything these days and he is attempting to the courts, lawyers and such to stop the frivolous lawsuits.

    He has a point, but it's not so noticeable when he wears a hat.

    I think it's the other way around. He is trying to stop the people who are trying to stop the frivolous lawsuits.

    No was such thing as a frivolous lawsuit back in England.
    You can take anyone you want to court. But the loser of the action gets to pay the court costs of both sides[;)]
