Auction problem

I won an auction on 9/6 and today is 9/11. I still haven't heard from the guy. I sent message through Gunbroker's "Problem with Seller" system and still nothing. This fella has over 30 A+ feedbacks.

Anybody else ever experience this? What did you do?

    Trying to upload some auctions from the GB off line lister onto GB. I keep getting an error message unable to connect to GB. I've used it in the past and it says unable to upload to GB, check internet connection. I know my internet connection is good as otherwise I couldn't post here. Any help appreciated.
