Tomorrow's dinner (now today's dinner)
I am going to make my world famous Bean Soup!
1 bag Cajun 15 bean soup beans (soak overnight and drain)
2 Smoked Hocks
1lb cubed ham
2 small packs Goya Ham Flavored Consentrate (this is normally in the mexican food isle)
1 12oz can diced tomatoes
1 onion diced
2 cloves garlic minced
1tbs liquid smoke
Optional:
Various chopped peppers to taste
After soaking the beans all night drain them and put in crock pot and fill with water to just covering the beans.
Add all other other items and cook on low ALL day!
Serve with corn bread or corn muffins!
It is darn good!!!!!!!!!!!![:p][:p][:p][:p][:p]

I love the 15 bean soup .... I use it all the time and I do use the cajun ones as well..but no tomatoes...Just beans, hocks, onions, and garlic... 0 -

This soup have alot of good flavor to it and I load it up with meat as well!

We use the bag of "15 Bean Soup" quiite often. Sometimes wifey puts kielbasa or other smoked sausage in it. That is good too! But I gotta have tomatoes!! 0 -

I do too, but I don't use alot of them. Just enuff to give some extra color with a touch of flavor.0
