MMMMMMMMMMMM GOOD!!!!!!!!!

This morning I got a good deal on some sirloin steaks ($2.50 per pound) so I got 20lbs worth.

I got them home and sliced them up trimming any of the little fat that was on them and started them marenating. One of the marenades is a nice tabasco marinade.

Tomarrow when I get back from hunting I will start drying it for jerkey!

I should have enuff jerkey to last a day or two![;)]
