So BlackRoses how much do you charge to train wives? Mine needs alot of work on cooking meat, it usually falls on me and a BBQ to cook the meat. I'd kill for a good roast.....

quote:it usually falls on me and a BBQ to cook the meat. I'd kill for a good roast

Well go buy one, throw it in the oven and eat it...*LOL...Roasts are easy to cook (depending on the cut of course)...
Why not put the roast in a pan, add a tiny bit of water, cover and throw it on the bbq?...If you want the veggies with it, well add them in the last half of cooking....

Or wrap a roast in foil, put it on the bbq (use to do this with stew meat or a small roast over an open fire when camping), you can add veggies later, and the foil keeps the flavor, juice etc...

Seriosly, some ppl just cant stomach cooking meat, maybe she is like that...but if not, just get her a good EASY cookbook and have fun....and be sure to praise her, ALWAYS...
