TV Dilema
I purchased a large TV from Circuit City on 10-28-06 thinking that I would move withing 30 days, well I didnt. I turned the TV on Dec 31st and there is a problem with it.
Two dots of color right in the center of the screen. Researching on the net says I have dust in the sealed "guns"
Circuit City refuses to exchange TV's because it is out of the 30 day warranty. Now I must get Hitachi to come fix this problem. I would much rather have them bring a replacement and take this one away.

Thought about it, but they are serial numbered 0 -
I think this would be the last time I dealt with that store...and I would make sure they knew that I would be telling everyone I knew about their customer service...
