Saiga AK Question - Rear sights

I've got a Saiga AK-47 and the rear sights are visibly out of alignment, causeing the rifle to shoot to the left. As far as I can tell, all windage adjustments are made with the front sight. I've adjusted the front post so much it's now just about slammed against the post guard.

Is there any way to adjust for windge on the rear sight?

  I thought it was possible to drift the rear sight on those, thought it was way different than normal ak sights. Could be wrong I will be heading up to my cabin in a bit will look then.

  Bubba it! Fill the notch with jb weld or similar, take a file and make a new notch a tad off center from the original one.
