A ? Of Ethics
I've now seen the same rifle listed on three separate auctions by the same seller simultaneously, including GB. All three have a BuyItNow option and none of the three list a disclaimer regarding "prior sale". Is this scenario a common occurrence that I just haven't noticed before? What would happen if three different buyers clicked on BuyItNow simultaneously? What do ye say?

GB doesn't care if the seller lists the same gun somewhere else, as long as the seller sells the item to a legitimate high bidder on Gunbroker. GB doesn't care if the seller has a "prior sale" advisory, as long as the seller doesn't make the "prior sale" out from under a legitimate Gunbroker bidder.
GB does care, and will take action if a GUNBROKER buyer is high bidder, and the seller does not complete the deal.
If you, as a Gunbroker buyer, bid and buy, and the seller completes the deal, you are happy and Gunbroker is happy. Now, some buyer on another site might not be happy, but that is not our concern. If it occurs the other way 'round, you have the right to complain on the seller and give bad feedback.0 -
Could it be that the seller is using a stock photo and has several of the same item and same condition? 0 -
I think this question has sufficiently been answered. 0
