    How do you know that was the real Teak that they spoke to? The Teak I know would not be ignoring phone calls and emails from his friends...or letting his auctions go south. I am so completely convinced of that, I would believe the cops spoke to someone posing as Teak before I'd believe that...

    Like I said, I dont know it was the real Teak..he wont answer his phone to take any calls...Call the Dover NH police, they will do another check, but I trust the person I talked to...

    I am unable to see in person if it was Teak or not but I would imagine the police verified it....

    Maybe some of the officers on the forum will comment, but generally (as I'm mentioned on the other thread) the police will not start "checking IDs" on a called-in "welfare check." The police have to operate from the position that people have the right to "hide" from others.

    Thanks for what you've done so far -- and my comments aren't meant to imply that you should be doing anything more -- I just want to make it clear that I think something is still very wrong with the situation, inspite of what the police have concluded.
