I'm making some kind of beef hunter's stew thing. I don't know what the end result is going to be, but it sure will be tasty.

Items to bring with you which would interest my wife would be a fine wine. One of her current favorites is Gaja Barbaresco (2004) which runs about $175 per bottle...Bring three bottles if you expect to drink any yourself.
