We have a bunch of chicken thawed that we are going to grill tonight. She wants BBQ'd and I want to do something different. Something with bourbon or something sweet and tangy.

    Any idea?

Meatloaf. Slow cooked. 175-200* (Tri-blend.) Beef, Pork, Veal. Italian bread crumbs, 3 eggs, minced fresh garlic and onion, A-1 sauce blended in. Salt/Pepper, some Cajun seasoning. Two small loafs. Ketchup applied during the last phase.

Rigatoni/Sea shell Parmesian noodles. Three slices of Provalone cheese, sour cream, butter, olive oil, minced fresh garlic, salt/pepper.

Green beans, olive oil, butter, salt/pepper. Minced fresh garlic.

Left over KC Masterpiece St. Louis style BBQ ribs, Country Bob's Honey Habenero coated. Baked in oven with the meat loaf last 20 minutes or so.

    What do you have going?

...We're going to a wedding reception, so it's probably the standards: tough roast beef, greasy chicken and bland mostaccioli. Maybe I'll get lucky and they'll have sausage and peppers. At this point, I don't care. I'm starving.

    You are obviously familiar!
    Yes 180,000 BTU,........curb weight about 2,300 lbs.![:D]
    Still sucked.
Raining, and they sent overkill, crane wise, so it took about 45 minutes each way to set up with the counterweights.
We were going 125 feet in, on a 28 foot roof line, from the set point.
    All went well,......just beat!

Went to WinnDixie tonight as I'm making dinner. Got Kabasa, kraut, and some bratwurst, then I saw a leg of lamb. Haven't had that in awhile and Shari had told me she had never eaten lamb.
So now it's in the oven and the aroma is wafing thoroughout the house. In about an hour it when Shari get's home it ought to be ready![:D][:D][:D]
