Another Gun Owner Goes Beserk....
This morning while having a coffee and a roll at a local eatery a guy reading about the VT shootings looks up at the waitress and says "There isn't any **** reason for people be allowed to carry guns in public places"...
Well now that was the wrong thing to say before I drank that 1st cup.
I stood up and said... "Hey!! I can think of one good reason...if an idiot like that idiot yesterday walked in here right now Me, You and the rest of these people won't have to die... Of course I reckon we can't count ony any freaking(polite version) help from you...Can we????
Probably a good thing everyone there already knew of my very outspoken CCW stance. Oh Yea I Preach it...loudly at times!!!
Stupid people make me just want to beat my head against the wall....arrrrrrrrrrrrghhhhhhhh!!!!
Oh yea and while I'm on the stump...It seems to me that a lot of senior citizens have been victims of violent crimes here in my area. It looks to me like the bad guys may have figured out that they are a lot less likely to have a gun to defend themselves.... so talk to the seniors that you know... I'm finding some that are wanting to have a lil buddy in the house with them but don't know anything about what to get or how to even use one.

My mother who is 65 has a CCW due to my insistence, and I take her to the range with me a least every 2 months. I bought her a Ruger SP-101 with the 3 1/16" barrel. and installed Crimson Trace laser grips on it. Stoked it with Federal Hydra-Shok defense loads, and I sleep much better! 0 -
My grandpa always has what he calls his "Thunderwear" on. It's a nice little Smith and Wesson 9mm snubby. He doesn't go anywhere without it. 0 -
YOU GO DUDE!!!
I have been asking around and its like talking to a block wall.
they don't even want to talk about it, they just want to take the gun out of the guy's hand and think that, that will solve the problem.
Those people that think gun control is the way to go, need to go back to hiding under there desks and thinking that, it will keep them safe, and from being shot in the back of the head.0 -

My stepmom is 80. Lives alone. Except for her S&W Mdl 37, loaded with Silvertips. She figures that gives her a better chance than relying on the better nature of a mugger. A country girl, she does pretty good with a two handed stance. 0
