It wouldn't work like that in an American court.

Many men have been forced to pay child support, even when physically proven to not be the father.

Here in the good old USA the Courts still force men who are not the real fathers to pay child support.

    Child Support Issues
    Introduction

Child Support has degenerated into a system in which Child Support Agencies benefit by using fraudulent and corrupt tactics to extract money from innocent males. The current system is forcing males to pay child support for children they are not the biological father of, even if there is DNA evidence presented that proves the man in question is not the biological father. Females who refuse to pay child support are given impunity from the law system to a large degree, while males who fail to pay child support are punished severely, even if they do not have the financial resources to be able to make child support payments.

The Corruption Of Child Support Agencies

The reason why Child Support Agencies are producing corrupt and fraudulent rulings is because:

Child Support Agencies and the State Government profit from it financially.
Child Support Agencies are not legally required to offer any proof to substantiate their rulings.
The Child Support Agencies rarely investigate the accusations made by the mother, and any physical evidence, which conclusively proves the mother's accusation is fraudulent, is overlooked. In fact, if the man in question obtains a DNA test that proves he is not the biological father of the child he is accused of fathering, this evidence is considered irrelevant. If the father had a vasectomy that left him with a zero sperm count prior to the birth of the child, this evidence is considered irrelevant.

Child Support Agencies are permitted to hide such evidence so that it cannot be used in defense of the man accused of being the father. The Child Support Agencies will send the order of Child Support to an invalid address, as the man accused is therefore unable to respond to the claim during the allotted time he has to respond, as he is unaware of the claim made against him. In this situation he is therefore forced to pay otherwise he is placed in jail and cannot argue against the claim.

Depends on the law. In some states, the husband IS the father of children borne by his wife during the marriage. Period. Me, acquired two youngsters by marrying their Mom. Adminstered oath of enlistment to one, walked the other down the aisle. Don't give a crap about DNA- those are MY kids.
