It is not visible in the photo, but what happened was, the guy had set out a wooden table in the snow, and put a glass of milk and a plate of cookies on it.
He said that the sleigh immediately turned and headed towards the bait, and he started firing.
That is certainly hunting over a baited field, he would get six months for that in Georgia.0 -
Looks like criminal trespass and damage to property to me. Shoulda seen the damage to the trailer roof!!

Since they are traditionally AIRBORNE this time of year, the Fed Migratory Bird Act comes into play. Can't use rifles, shotguns only, 10 g max, 3 shot limit. Got a stamp for those antlered birds?[:p] 0
