30 cal muzzleloader

i live in arkansas and would like to hunt coyote w/a muzzleloader,the problem is they do not allow a gun over 30 cal. Do they have 30 cal muzzle loaders out there?

  I've seen rifles as small as .32. In a muzzleloader, a .32 firing a round ball is about like a .22 standard velocity rimfire in power. The little rifles are usually limited to small game (hence the "squirrel rifle" nickname). An elongated bullet would offer a little more power. Are you sure that the caliber restriction applies to black powder guns as well as modern cartridge rifles?

  My guess that the calibre restriction would not apply to BP and/or muzzle loaders.

  The fouling produced by black is going to make a .30 cal pretty hard to load after the first shot.
