When all else fails, call a pro (locked out)
Does anybody know where I could find a diagram that shows how the locks on a '94 Toyota PU work?
I've locked myself out with both keys in the truck. I bought a "slim jim" but I just can't quite hit the right spot.
$30 for the wrecker service to stop by and take care of it.
I usually have a key to every lock on my "master key ring" but I hadn't had an extra truck key made yet.

All cars are either push or pull, look it up. Make sure your pulling on the door handle wile using the slim jim. Also i dont know if this works but cut a hole in a tennis ball the the sice of you the round lock put the hole on the lock hose and push real hard, in theory the lock should pop open. -Dave 0 -

Back window on the cab will come out/off with a screwdriver really easy...
Edit - if you are an AAA member, call them - free, once covers the cost of your membership for a year.
Double edit - a Toyota dealer may be able to cut you a key based on the VIN ....0 -

If your truck was in front of me I could open it in 10 seconds, and once you see me do it you can do it your self. but with out seeing exactly the lock it would be imposible to tell you how to do it. 0 -

A dealer can cut the key for you....I locked my keys in the van while out of state...my purse, everything was in the van and there is no bleedin way to get into that thing....Called the dealer and for a fee of 7 bucks, and proof the van was mine, they cut another key for me...
A friend took me to the dealer, vouched for me as being the owner of the van (all paperwork was in the van), signed a couple of documents stating it was mine, got the key and went to the van....key worked perfectly....0 -

some Toyota cars and trucks have plastic covers over the lock works inside the door panel, anti theft. I dont know if a '94 does or not. You may have a better chance trying to get at the lock knob itself with a coat hanger around the window glass using a wedge. 0 -
Get hold of a useless hard drive from a computer. Destroy it and take out one of the really strong flat magnets. Epoxy or crazy glue a spare key to it with the main part of key pointing out from it. Hid it under
your vehicle on steel. AND REMEMBER WHERE YOU PLACED IT.0 -

I didn't try it.
The professional had a hard time getting it to unlock, even with the proper tool and the little wedge to hold the window back out of the way.0 -

The nearest Toyota dealer is 30 miles away. Also the VIN was not visible through the winshield due to items on the dash.0 -
Newer vehicles have a cover over the lock linkage inside the door to prevent slim-jimming them. Or at least make it really hard. Get a spare key made, put it in your wallet. For next time. 0
