Today at the MALL,[:)] a little old lady [:)]and a little old dog [:)]came in the Mall, the dog peed on the floor [:0]and someone called security, the little old lady pulled out this paper and explained that this was a COMPANION DOG [8D]and Security call the floor cleaner[;)] and they cleaned up the mess.[:)]
Now a month back a homeless guy was walking through the Mall[:)] and he could not make it to the bathroom so he peed [:0]on this potted tree in the Mall.[:I] Security was called and OUT HE WENT WITH 1 YEAR suspension[:0]
WHY??? He had NO PAPERS.
