American Terrorists ?

There has been alot of talk and hoopla since 9-11 about foreign terrorists attacking America. Most of the fear centers around radical islamic terrorists hell bent on killing innocent American civilians. However, there has been alot of world wide press about "the american terrorists" like george bush and the american military killing innocent civilians in iraq and afghanistan. I think every reasonable and fair minded person would know that America does not intentionally target innocent civilians. The world also has a very high degree of faith and security that they wont be targeted in their cities by terrrorist from america using al-qaeda style tactics. BUT....is that going to hold true forever ? I hear alot of Americans getting sick and tired of the threats from radical islamic terrorists and the support they get from their countries populations. What is to say a group of americans wont be able to make a dirty bomb or nuclear device and detonate it in Tehran, Pakistan, Paris, Moscow ? Why should Americans, Isrealis and British be the only people who worry about and are subjected to cowardly terrorist attacks on our civilians ? The rules of the game are changing and if the radical muslims want to play ball and our government isnt going to stop them then I predict soon enough that turnabout will be fair play....

    This is a very interesting idea. Don't know if it is exactly plausible, unlike America most countries A) have some form of border security B) don't have the vast melting pot mentality so typical of American culture. I would stand out like a sore thumb in Tehran whereas a haji would blend into Detroit quite well. Don't get me wrong, I'm all about bringing the fight to the enemy, problem is if any americans actually pull it off, they will be pursued just as avidly by our own government as they will by Iranian (example) and probably the UN as well. It could get interesting!

    Additionally could this be why the UN is always pushing it's policy against, "Small arms proliferation?" Do they fear the little guy taking a stand against their one world gov, and actually being affective?

    any american can travel anytime to iran or pakistan. a nice little suitcase nuclear device would be fairly easy to smuggle into the country. think iran or pakistan scans that stuff going in ? al-qaeda is pretty sophisticated with their operations but i am CERTAIN an american group could do better.

    Then what are you sitting around posting on the Internet for? Go buy a plane ticket to the Middle East and start killing people, lead by example. If it's such a good idea, then why aren't you the first in line?

    America does not indoctrinate our poor youth to commit acts of jihad.

    Sure there is MCVeigh, Ted Kazienski, the abortion bomber, but for an American to be individually inspired to do the unspeakable is highly unlikely.
