The Badwrench weight loss plan
When I moved to Arizona, I was pushing 280.
I weighed myself the other day, first time in 8-or-so months. 215. I'm actually starting to look lean. I haven't been down to this weight since I was in high school, and I was quite a bit shorter, and still a fatty then.
You, too can achieve rapid weight loss! Ask me how!
A high-stress almost monastic lifestyle, combined with hard physical labor, minimal food and sleep with little down time, in a low-moisture/high-heat environment and you, too can achieve these miraculous weight loss results.

My diet idea is simpler.
I'm lactose intolerant. So, a quart of chocolate milk goes a hell of a long way at reducing my weight. Drink up, but do so on the potty.0 -
i had my best luck on the little debby/ramen diet. just limit yourself to 25 cents a day for food 0 -
Swimming works wonders for me.[:D] 0 -

Whoever coined the term "starving students" wasn't kidding. It's not that I can't afford food (I'm pretty well stocked, including some gourmet nibbles I splurged on), it's that when I have the time to eat (which I usually don't), my stomach is knotted up and doiung hula-hoops around my bunghole. Sometimes the thought of food makes me simultaneously ravenous and horribly nauseated (just FYI, nauseous means capable of inducing nausea, nauseated means afflicted with nausea).
Actually, that is why I'm posting here instead of being at work today. That, and I didn't sleep last night, and . . .
LOL I know what you're talking about. My schoolwork keeps me up at night -- not because of volume of work but because I'm always trying to improve on what I've already done.
This term is a bear. I'm team leader (again) and most of my team can only work nights on schoolwork. So, I do a ton of stuff during the day, and then they're spending all evening discussing my suggestions and revamping them.
What really sucks is that as team leader, I have to put together the papers. No big deal, except for the fact that I never really get much time to do it -- they're discussing, discussing, discussing right up into the evening before it is due. Papers are due 8am on the due date.
So, tonight I'll be up late. Paper's due tomorrow morning. They still have a bunch of decisions to finalize.
Half the time I miss lunch, I never eat breakfast, and dinner's always ready but 90% of the time I'm not up for eating.
Yet, I'm heavier now than I've been in my life.0 -

College cafeteria food and Air Force chow haul food have did number on my digestive system. In school there were weeks where all I ate were bread and water because the food would tear up my stomach. 0 -
Ruen-Y, more commonly know as stomach by-pass, took care of Mrs. Plaids digestion problems and she lost weight too. 0
