I do believe the government should subsidize the donation of body parts. The estate of the deceased can receive the subsidy.
How many people would be more than willing to give up mom's corneas for $500? Heart, kidneys, livers all could have a subsidized price and for a couple of bucks to the estate families would sell anything from their departed loved ones.0
