It's not that uncommon a accident (unfortunately).
The service truck pulled up along side the haul truck in the blind spot. Haul truck began backing to turn and simply rolled the front tire up and over the service truck.
That's a larger Cat than I used to drive (looks like a 79 series), I drove a 777 which is only rated for 100 TON in the box (333,000 Gross weight).0 -

That looks like a lawsuit. Guy parks where he wasn't supposed to. Truck gets hit. Fortunately, he doesn't get killed. He gets injured only. Dislocates his shoulder. He decides to sue his employer, the construction company, and the mine. Seeing a potential opportunity. His wife sues also. Lawyer puts her on the stand. She explains how she can't be sexually gratified properly with he lover having a dislocated shoulder. She had to be on top. Court gives her $25,000.
