    Daily. Even if I don't bathe daily in the cold weather. I only go 'au natural' when wearing swimtrunks!

    I change my underwear once a week whether it needs it or not. To do otherwise is just plain unsanitary.

    The neat thing is that I don't need to put my underwear in the hamper. It just sticks to the wall when I toss them.
