Are you that hard up and lonely that you resort to posting threads to yourself on GB?
You need a girlfriend.
No, they cost too much.
Try a wife.
Or a wife and a girlfriend![:p][}:)]0 -

How about a girlfriend in another state. Long distance romance. Cheaper.

Army! Whadya expect. I'd post Bondai's caveman pic but don't want to get banished. Feel free to bring on the AF jokes.
At least the Army has got enough balls to admit to it's origins. The Air Force denies any and all connection with it's Army herritage so much so that they wear USMC style "stop-sign" hats. Way to go, USA-AC.
We don't wear the "stop sign" hat. The new patrol cap will be the same style as the old Army BDU patrol cap we currently wear, just in the new camo pattern.0 -

Why is it that all the Air Force personnel I saw in the sandbox wore the stopsign hat then?0 -

Who's uniform were they wearing? Lately, when AF personnel are attached to a different branch for combat reasons, they adopt that services uniform so they don't stand out.0 -

When in Rome do as the Romans????
Most of the time when one or two AF personnel are attached to an Army unit, squad, whatever, they're forward air controllers directing the air support. Now if you were Johnny Jihad and you saw two guys in different uniforms talking on radios calling in strike aircraft, you'd make them a priority. But when they blend in with the rest of the people in the unit, squad, whatever they don't present as easy of a target.0 -
When my uncle was in Morocco in the Navy, the were in civilian clothes until they came onto the Air Force base, then they changed into Navy uniforms. As if an American in Morocco didn't stick out enough. 0
