    Computer program.

Actually, you don't even need a will. In most states, without a will, the property would automatically go to your current spouse.

Here in VA , with no will, 1/3 goes to spouse and 2/3 to the kids. But do you want your wife having to ask a court appointed executor for food money, etc? Also your estate pays his fees.

...I thought it had something to do with Matty. [;)]

...Really, I need a simple will also. Any online forms that you can vouch for?

    Mateo --

I will form the distraction on the main gate. You clandestinely loob A summons over the wall. When dcon picks it up and sees what it is he will wail. That should work to detect his exact location and which will assist the police on the search warrant for the illegal weapons he has in his house. [;)]

I once did my own root canal. I too learned it on the internet. Everything works, but I do have trouble chewing on that side of my mouth -- something about bone infection I guess.

We practically give wills away in our office. One like you are talking is about, with consultation, providing necessary witnesses and advice as to how to pick your executor and etc -- the same price as six boxes of shotgun shells and it has a shelf life of onelife time + the life of your spouse.[:p]

Need a will. Nothing fancy, just a simple will. Me, Mrs. Plaid, house, and one person to inherit.

Do I need to pay a lawyer, or is a computer program good enough?

I'm still hurting over the last two lawyer bills, specialized stuff but that $2,000 and $1,500 bills still hurt.

I charge $500.00 for reciprocal husband and wife wills with durable power of attorney for health care purposes. You can expect to pay 3 times that for a good trust.

OK, I've got to take back some of those things I've said about lawyers.

You know that big amount I had to pay one. Well, I also had to pay another $100 for expenses, such as postage.

SHE MAILED ME BACK A CHECK FOR THE UNUSED PORTION!!!!!!!!!!!!

    $60.
