angry!!
i was just going through the previous pages and i was reading page 2..a topic headed .."gun control.."..i live in australia and i answered the post..if any of you have 2 minutes please read it..i`ve replied to a few posts about gun control here, but this time i`ve admitted that i am a criminal because i own guns that i`m not allowed to here! and even if the cops here find this post and track me down and search my place, i dont give a damn anymore!!!..the politicians here treated me like i was a crimminal so they can take the responsability for it!..i`ve never broken any major laws in my life except for this one, and i`m proud that i did it!if the day comes when i have to dig my guns up to protect my family then i just hope i dont let them down..i`ve never forgotten how our politicians treated honest law abading citizens in this country, and i have never forgiven them and i never will!!!...i`m sorry for ranting on...but i still get angry when i think what those stinking traitor politicians did to us here..

This is why the Gov't doesnt want people to have guns, because they cant abide by the rules.

Always wanted to visit Australia. Promised the wife a trip there when she got her Ph.d. Not long ago spoke to some people who visited. Said no guns were allowed .. something... only in the outback. Scrub one more place to visit. Scrub England too. Ireland may be coming up soon. 0 -

select-fire, you have been misinformed! as long as you have a "legal excuse" you can have guns here..hunting...collecting...member of a target shooting club..a lot of people who live in cities own guns legally..the issue for me is idiot politicians who say that a semi auto gun is more dangerous than a bolt action or even a clapped out old antique single shot firearm! if you dont have the means to defend yourself from someone who is threatening you with a gun then a single shot is just as deadly as a semi auto or even a full auto!. there is only one reason for registration of firearms, and that is so the government at any time that suits them can take those guns!..no other reason, and i dont see what buisness it is of the government what guns i own or how many i own if i`m not breaking the law, and if i do commit a crime with a gun, then jail me until i`m that old that when i get out i`m too damned old to be a threat anymore...if any government rekons someone cant be trusted with a gun then as far as i`m concerned the government should lock that person up to protect the rest of the people. they shouldnt be punishing me for something i never did!..if any of you want to see what the excuse was for the jack booted sawn off little hitler like dictator used here to take our guns then just type into your search engine.....port arthur massacre...there are a lot of sites that link to the killings here that were used as the excuse.and i know that there were coverups by the politicians here and by the police...the phsyco that did the killings didnt have a gun licence and the cops knew it but didnt get a search warrant and search his property!..therefore as far as i`m concerned the cops are to blame for the massacre!!!!!but there was no public enquiry, the government said it was to protect the victims and their famalies! thats a bare faced lie!!! they didnt want the population here to know the truth, and the media here were given the proof of the coverup but refused to broadcast it or publish it!!!why? because it was seen as pro gun. a major media owner here, a man with huge political influence is the australian traitor rupert murdock!! im sure you all know of him there in the u.s. as he`s trying to take control there like he did here! if it happens there you will find out the hard way that your major media will not print or broadcast anything pro gun at all, only negative stuff like happens here!if you know of a phsyco there, do yourselves a favour, and give him a gun and tell him to get murdock!!!! the gun laws after `96 were accepted here mostly by the states that had registration...they were already tamed and were like sheep!the people from new south wales, queensland and tasmania fought like hell to stop these laws coming in here, and at the state level we had no doubt that if we were given a chance to vote against these laws they wouldnt be law here now, but our traitor dictators refused to let us vote on it! point blank refused because they knew we would vote against it...just another example of our great democracy in action!!!!!!!!as i said in my previous post, i dont care if the cops come here looking for illegal weapons, they wont find any, only legal ones..with the new laws a police officer can have access to my firearms safe to check whether i`m compliant with the laws .."at any reasonable time.." what that means is at any time i`m at home...even 3.00 in the morning while me and my family are asleep! i have to get out of bed and let them check!...gun owners here have no rights and i sure hope you people dont have to go through anything like we had to go through...i wouldnt be surprised if in the next few years you have a MAJOR massacre in the U.S. , and by that i mean 100 to 200 or more people killed by a crazy phsyco..then your politicians will use that as the excuse they`re looking for to introduce major gun control on you..and no doubt at all it will happen when your anti gun democrats will be in power!!! our anti gun lobby group here said that WHEN we had a major massacre here they would take our guns,...and they did...funny how they knew it would happen aint it! 0 -
