  I have long thought most of his rhetoric was BS just to artificially inflate the price of oil. The problem is, eventually he has to do something, or his bluff is called.
  
  Some think Sadaam was just bluffing. How did that work for him?
  
  Yes, even if Israel bombs his nuclear plans, he probably won't mind it too much. The price of oil will increase. If Israel and the US does nothing, Iran gets the bomb. It's a win-win situation in his eyes.
