DC gun law .... question...
Good question....
If the Washington DC gun control law that was just ruled unconstitutional is upheld in the courts, what happens to all the people for the last 30 some years that have been arrested, charged and done time in jail for a law that should have never been?
Do they get that removed from their record? Do they just have to continue as a "known criminal"? Any ideas on this?
David.

My guess would be they still have a conviction because it was the law at that time. 0 -
I'll guess it would be on a case by case basis. Every individual would have to go before a judge and get it removed from their record. 0
