    2500 sq ft in the main house...I'm not really sure how many in the guest house/apt that we rent out.

    A lot of ours is not very usuable b/c of how cut up our place is...unusual design.

    No concrete, no foundation, no pressure treated wood. Easy to heat.

    1,856 here, and it was just going to be the two of us again. I told Sandy we needed to downsize because she didn't want to have to clean a big house as we got older.[;)]

    Now I'm the one who has to clean it, and I wish it were 856![V]

    moved last year from 4,000 down to 1,850, don't miss the power bill, easier to keep clean, and maintain, had to give up allot of junk
