C&R license came today
took just under 2 months to file and receive....now what to buy is the question....[:)]...my wife said..what did you get in the mail?..told her my c&r license and related materials...her words...Oh Great!!!!..im still excited [:D]

Welcome, fellow cruffler. Coupla things to do- 1. DO NOT SIGN your original license 2. Make a dozen copies. 3. Send a SIGNED copy to wholesalers of choice (AIM, Southern Ohio Gun, etc) They will keep it on file, and get you on their mailing list. Many will give you a discount for ammo, etc. 4. Start cruisin' the auctions for guns you like. 5. Go to the store, and get yourself a BOUND BOOK for a buck or two. 6. Put the original license where you will be able to find in 6 months. 7. A clear scan of your signed FFL copy, along with a good scan of a valid state picture ID, is usually accepted for private party transfers. Emailing the documents makes for a quick transfer, with plenty of "paper" trail to record the transfer [along with your bound book]. 0
