need help making a decision...
Gonna start saving up some money for a major purchase, but I can't decide which choice to make....
On the one hand, I want a new tattoo, something that will go from my back, across my shoulder, and down onto my upper arm. The initial quote from my local guy was about $700 - $800.
On the other hand, I also want another rifle, too. The one I really want (Springfield M1A), is almost twice the amount of that new tat. However, my second choice, an AR-15, is in the same price range, about $600 to $800.
Ideally, getting both is what I really want (actually, all 3!!). But, paying the mortgages and feeding my family also rank high on the list of "how I should spend my money."
By the way, I'm also accepting donations! [:D][:D][:D]

Unfortunately, I'm salaried, and we don't get overtime. And for getting a part-time, I already work a 12-hour shift (usually closer to 13), so there's not time for a second job.
Unless I got paid to post on message boards. But my current job sort of already does that.

Why don't you do something memorable with your family istead.
I do that every day. Playing, devotions, reading, supper....they're all special and memorable.0 -

Get the rifle. You can always resell it, not pay to have it removed.
Good sound advice, I agree![:0]0 -
Why do so many people assume those with tattoos want to remove them? I love all my tats, and if anything, I'd color/design over if I ever got tired enough of one. But I don't even see that happening. 0 -
Not all people want to remove them, but I have been amazed at the number of people I know that had them removed. What seem cool in one's 20's and 30's is not so cool in one's 50's.
A Biker friend of mine had several removed as they did not fit the conversion of becoming a Christian. They were not conducive to his new life.0 -
I've had mine since I became a Christian, so I hope I don't ever convert to something else![:0][8D][:D] 0
