Sorry LOKO, we ended up going to Garfield's. I knew she wouldn't choose either of the two she had originally narrowed it down to. I got myself a 12 oz. steak with "loaded mashed patatoes" and garlic toast and boy was it good![:p] The girlfriend had the same only with garlic shrimp as her side.

I can share the recipe.
I come up with my own recipes. I just start mixing stuff.
2TBSP Bourbon
3TBSP Maple Syrup
1tsp Veg oil
1tsp finely crushed basil
1tsp finely crushed parsely
Using injector syringe, inject meat with mixture
4TBSP Hungarian Paprika
2TBSP Ground Cayenne
1TBSP fresh crused Cumin
Throw meat on the grill sprinkle spices over meat when turning.0
