Harry Heiney's Homemade Hot Sauce
I had the pleasure of putting a face to name this morning. I met our own Cubslover in his home city while I was there for a meeting. We got together so he could give me a bottle of his hot sauce I won here on the forum.
Good hot sauce but I'm not sure where Harry Heiney comes in to the picture. I suggested that if it's going to be regular thing, maybe Wallie could design a label for the bottles. The full name (IIRC) is

Yes. Enjoyed a cup of coffee on this brisk morning. Just getting to know each other. Had a good time. Thanks again for the invite Henry. The name is what my father-in-law calls it.

I thought the same. Never did understand it, but that's what he(father-in-law) calls it. It's good stuff. I'll have to take orders next year. I made a gallon this year, and I'm about out.
I threw away thousands of Red Cayenne's this year, and twice as many greens not knowing what to do with them.0
