Blind Group Sues Target Over Non-Access to the Web

Discrimination! That's what it is! <sarcasm>

How do you make the internet accessible to the blind? Do they randomly run the cursor over the page while a voice names each icon on the page until they get it right? Are the pages printed out in Braile? Someone please educate me!

  There are programs they (the blind) use, I have a friend who is blind that has a program that reads the page for her, my guess is target somehow blocks this software.
