New grips...I like it!

Little before and after cosmetics! What a difference grips make in overall feel. Can't wait to see if I can shoot any better with it. [^][8D]

Aaron Hogue's wife gave me a set of Kingwood grips for my stainless officers model at the SHOT show a few years ago. They do make a difference. Also, get some hex head grip screws. They really add to the overall beauty of a 1911. My wife almost took the pistol away from me when she saw it because it is so beautiful.

Uh....look closely. Those are hex head grip screws.[:I][:)] I got the stainless ones from Alumagrips and really like the look. [;)]

Either way I wish I had a 1911. Those new grips do look great.
