Would this be good or not.


Insted of lead in bullets, loading them with the 'heavi-shot' material.

Would a hollow point expand as well?

Good in 'cast lead' gas check types?

Good in FMJ's?



What say you?

  I'm not sure how hard the Heavi shot is. It's expensive as hell to buy the shells themselves.

  As cubslover was alluding to, it depends on how hard hevi-shot is.
  If it is much harder than lead, it would ruin the rifling. And, wouldn't expand well.

  And if it is soft it may foul the rifling. Not sure how it would fair in a Jacketed state. Might be interesting to know.
