    No. I'm back home from Kentucky- it was over 100 all week there. It is in the 80's here at home.

    It was a record 105 here in Mobile today with 100% humidity.Hot enough where you sweat just standing there or sitting in the shade.

    Bright and sunny here in the North Carolina mountains, high of 85.
    Low tonight will be 59, will run the attic fan. By 3 am will need that heavy quilt.
    Don't know how I am going to manage this heat wave.

    I am from central Georgia, where it was 103 today. I went to a lot of expense and trouble to move up here. Days like today are one of the main reasons why.

    Must be nice. It hit 101 here in Southern Mo. It's supposed to be 102 tomorrow. It's been like this for two weeks! My chickens are dying from the heat! And no rain! Although, for all you global warming advocates out there, we still haven't broken any heat records![:0]

    them temps don't sound to hot, gets well over hundred here alot way up here in north country....the hottest temp i recall here was 117 deg last summer. keep hearing on the radio about heat and such .....hell we can get from -30 to well over a hundred around here[;)]

    We are getting a couple day break in the heat.

    Temps were pushing mid 90's with Heat indices in the low 100's-110.

    Was 84 yesterday. Back up in the 90's for a couple days then I see a high of 66 on Saturday. Only in the Midwest.

    Looks like a couple cooler days coming up, then back to the normal high 80's (normal for mid August), instead of the high 90's.
