    horseradish mustard. chinese hot on anything that mustard goes on. russian extra hot? I gotta find me some!

    --beer mustard--
    4 parts ground mustard
    4 parts smooth dijon mustard
    1 part honey
    2 parts beer

    (the thick and sweet honey makes up for the thin and salty beer, so it doesn't turn out watery)
