Hardly a pepper i don't like.
For hot I like Habenaro.
For eating I like Jalopenoes.
For Salsa flavor I love Cerreano peppers.
I love sliced Jalopeoes from a jar.
Heat up a bowl of Cambells old Fashioned tomato soup with rice and scoop a few spoonfulls of the sliced jalopenoes and I am set[:p]0 -

Stuffed, battered and deep fried = chili relleno, one of my favorite Tex-Mex dishes.0 -
I've had this for 3-4 months - and I'm the only one who uses it in this household...

We've grown both the habanero and the jalapeno. We like the jalapenos by far the best and grow lots every year. 0 -
As dcon 12 stated, the Red Savina Habanero pepper sports a whopping 577,000 Scoville heat units, twice as hot as regular Habanero Pepper, 65 times as hotter than a Jalapeno Pepper making it the hottest pepper on record.
Ya gotta be careful growing them around small children. Last year I had a 6-7 year old that picked one and took a bite of one. He was sorry (Burned the liven crap out of him and of course wiping his eyes etc. only made it worse) and so was I when the parents came over. Long story short, told the parents he should not have been in my yard for starters and he should not be sticking things in his mouth that come off plants.
Anyway, I had to put them up high in pots and in the back to keep passing little hands form messing with them.0 -

and by the looks of the amount gone from the bottle you will have it another 3-4 mounths (add 1 drop to a gallon of water)0 -
Im more into poblono and cerreano peppers. Although I never let my gallon jar of cayenne peppers in viniger get too low. 0 -
I like the little red thai peppers dried and ground up to sprinkle. also like jalapeno. 0 -

Just about.. I think it's about to expire...
But there's really no need to add water to it - the consistency is fine, and it's not too hot.. or weak. =o)
This is a good.. all around type sauce.0 -
We usually have six, or so, jalapeno plants growing out back.
Wife doesn't like them - kids & grandkids do.
