I don't believe I can restrict my choice to a single type of meat, any and all for me. I like to measure my sandwiches in poundage, not calories.
If I had to pick one though, I guess it would be any type made from mammal's other than human.

I'm partial to a Dagwood Club 3 layers each of ham, turkey, swiss, and colby.

You have good taste! Love that stuff, but the smell makes my wife sick. Oh well. Some people have no taste for the finer things in life. [:p]

Fresh Tuna melt [not canned] if it's fixed by my wife with chopped eggs and pickels pepper jack cheese on toasted on Italian bread, and add a bowl of Juanitas Menudo soup with tripe and homeny beans that comes in a light [not to hot] chile pepper sauce.

You also forgot the Extra Hot Beaver Horseradish.

But, all-in-all, one of my favorites. Think I'll have one in a bit.
