  Jessica was just 9 yrs. old. My daughter is 8. This case really pulls on your heart strings.
  
  If any case deserves the ultimate penalty, it is this one.
  I'm proud of my hometown citizens who convicted this lowlife.
  
  May Jessica finally rest in peace.

  I was driving when I heard the jury was back in, and I had to pull into the grocery store so I didnt hear the verdict, but I asked a couple of ppl and the cashier if they had heard...Their response?..

  Well, this POS reinforces my belief that there are people that are too dangerous to be allowed to continue living among human beings. I must say that from what I have seen of her Dad, he is one of the strongest people I have ever observed. Watched him sitting in courtroom directly behind the POS- He looked so much like a tightly wound spring, expected him to go SPROING at any moment.

  One of the legal experts on Fox News said that there was a possibility of appeal because Jessica's dad gave dirty looks to the scumbag that was convicted during the trial. The reasoning was that it could predijuce the jury (or something like that). I say, since he was already a sex offender, they should have taken him out back after the guilty verdict and buried him alive just like he did to that little girl. As a father to an 8 year old daughter this just lights my a$$ up.
