Half Time Show
Good to finally see a decent half time show instead of a boy band or Aerosmith singing "walk this way" with whomever is popular at the moment...

They've been playing Peter Frampton on sound stage on PBS and he still plays a mean guitar . I'd spend my hard earned money to hear him . Diamond Dave will be touring with Van Halen again , I'd spend my money to see those "has-beens" too .

IMO the game itself has become an afterthought to all of the pre-game hype and celebration, including the commericials and the "Super Bowl Party" going on all over America.
Seriously, I liked professional football much better when it was a sport played in under two hours, on Sunday afternoons - mostly aired on radio - and not a mega-billion dollar entereprise spanning weeknights, Saturdays, Sundays, primetime, etc. The average football game in the regular season is 3 hours and 12 minutes long!!!0 -
