Hoosier's and DNR handgun rules........

For you fellow Hoosiers there will be public hearings in May concerning the rules affecting the carrying of handguns on all DNR properties. Last year the DNR temporarily lifted the ban on handguns in State Parks/Resevoirs/ect. If you are interested there is an e-mail address so you can send your comments. My family and I use the State Parks almost every weekend camping, fishing, hiking and I think it is a stupid idea to ban handguns. They are also considering some changes to carrying handguns while hunting. Just thought I'd pass this on.
